Round modules
CP770 harvesting cotton
The CP770 helps lower wrap and hauling costs by 8 percent per lint pound compared to the CP690, through denser and larger diameter round modules. The TamaWrap+™ round module wrap protects your cotton from the harvester to the gin.
- 5 percent denser round modules – The second-generation cotton handling system packs more seed cotton in each round module than the previous model, lowering your yearly wrap costs.
- 2 percent larger diameter round modules – The CP770 updated round module builder allows you to make round modules from 229 cm to 244 cm (90 in. to 96 in.) in diameter. This increase in diameter puts even more cotton in the same portion of module wrap. When adding up wrap cost savings from denser and larger diameter round modules, you enjoy a reduction in wrap and hauling costs up to 8 percent per lint pound.

MP16 picking-units
Solution system
The solution system is essential in keeping the spindles clean throughout the harvest season on the MP16 picking units. The new solution system has several new features including:
- New solution pump – This solution pump allows customers to reach increased pressure which allows a broader operating range for a given nozzle configuration. It also has improved distribution during flush which will get the spindle solution more evenly throughout the entire solution column
- Ability to flush in crop – The ability to flush in crop which will aid in keeping spindles clean for long runs throughout the field
- New spring-loaded solution column – This new feature includes higher strength material to minimize bent pads in the solution column
With the new solution system, increased pressure, and a broader operating range customers will be able to achieve different distribution with different nozzle configurations. This Nozzle Guide will help determine what size of nozzle to use at a given pressure while considering the time it takes to deplete the solution tank.
Technology in the cab
As we continue to enhance our technology to better serve our customers, these new features were designed to help them stay focused on what matters most, the task at hand.
- Recurring Flush – With recurring flush you have the ability to turn it on or off, set the desired flush duration, and input the desired flush intervals. This removes the manual process of pressing the flush button, which will allow customers to focus on making end row turns. Recurring Flush is a mid-model year software update that will be released around July 2026.
- Handler Auto Raise – This update allows the module handler to automatically raise after a module has been dropped. Once again this remove the manual task for the operator at the end of the row and will also reduce the risk of leaving the handler lowered and causing damage.
- Accumulator Fill Logic – The technology allows the harvester to maintain ground speed while minimizing the need to slow down during wrap eject cycle time in higher yielding crops.
Harvest Identification, Cotton Pro run page
Overview
Harvest Identification, Cotton Pro (HID, Cotton Pro) ensures each of your round modules are tracked from the field and the information is available to share with your trusted partners, such as your cotton ginner, seed sales representative, and agronomist. This information also helps with logistics from field to gin.
- View every round module made in your fields – HID, Cotton Pro tracks each round module harvested in your field and provides pertinent information on the HID, Cotton Pro run page. You can easily track moisture and weight for each module and make decisions on when to start and end harvest to protect your cotton quality.
- Add a note to a module with a touch of a button – Adding a note to a module is easier than ever with the touch of a button on the HID, Cotton Pro run page. These notes are documented and shared with the cotton gin when your HID, Cotton Pro data is shared from John Deere Operations Center.
- Easily view module attributes with John Deere Operations Center™ – John Deere offers multiple tools to manage, visualize, and share your cotton production systems data in John Deere Operations Center. Utilize the Work Analyzer tool to view and export a macro-level spreadsheet of your recent and historical harvest data. Field Analyzer is your tool to dig deeper and view high-resolution yield data and HID, Cotton Pro data where each module is displayed in its creation location in each field along with weight and moisture information.
