The new Ag-Power, Inc. building in Higginsville, Missouri is a 60,000-square foot facility with 10 service bays. Construction was completed in April, 2015 to serve your agriculture and lawn needs. The service department consists of over half of the footage so we can ensure plenty of space to properly service our customer's equipment.

We have about 24 employees with a combined 261 years agricultural experience.

Our farming customers typically farm Corn, Soybeans and Wheat. 

Field Service:

Quite frankly, field service means everything to our customers. Any and every implement dealer in the country can sell a piece of equipment, but it’s the ability to service that equipment, particularly during high-stress times when the machine needs to be running. This is what sets Ag-Power apart from our competition. Break-downs happen: it's our ability to address and fix an issue in a timely, professional manner, potentially on site, that defines our field service department. 

Community Involvement:

Higginsville Ag-Power is proud to support the Higginsville Fire Department, Higginsville Chamber of Commerce, Higginsville Rotary Club, Little League Baseball and Softball, Lafayette County C-1 High School, Husker Booster Club, Higginsville Lions Club, Higginsville Ambulance, Higginsville County Fair, Lafayette County Coalition, and the Higginsville Juneteenth Celebration.

Stand Out Customer Experience Story:

One spring, we experienced an issue with a customer's planter where it wasn't configured correctly, and it was discovered during prime planting conditions, posing a major problem. This issue was discovered after-hours on a Friday night, a time when several people have made personal plans. However, we had two service technicians and a solutions specialist arrive after-hours and stay well into the night in order to ensure the problem was fixed. This process involved numerous phone calls, hours of troubleshooting and trips back to the dealership for parts; but when all of Ag-Power's employees finally left the field, the customer's machine was running properly and the customer was very satisfied.
