Ag-Power Precision Connect is a direct line of AMS and technology support to customers and dealership personnel. This technology allows everyone access to all precision ag field specialists with a simple call or text to one number. Our goal is to provide superior support to in a timely manner, and this platform will allow for more eyes to see what is needed and where live in real time.
The only change from our previous process is that we are asking everyone to call one number for support rather than a specialist's direct number so that we are better able to provide a timely resolution, ensuring that you are experiencing minimal downtime and maximizing productivity.
